Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order payment confirmation. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an order confirmation email and another notification with tracking once your order has shipped.
We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Delivery is 2-7 business days. Please keep in mind that there might be slight delays with shipping carriers due to inclement weather, Covid-19, and high volume of shipping during the holiday season that are outside of our control.
For expedited delivery, please contact us as soon as possible before placing your order so we may provide you with quick support and estimated cost.
We offer international shipping via multiple carriers. Shipping charges and carrier options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, we are happy to offer you a refund. Please note, we do not offer exchanges.
To arrange your return, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your return.
We ask that you please return your purchase within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in all of the original packaging, with all tags attached, and with our shoe dust bag.
Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for your refund to be processed.
Please keep in mind that credit card companies and banks have their own processing time on refunds.
You will be fully refunded for the shoes returned, less the original shipping as it already has been used to ship to you. Return and re-shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend that you use a tracked and insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for item(s) not received.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your bank. Keep in mind that there is often a few business days processing time before a refund is officially posted to your account.

Unfortunately only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale.
